Give your favorite Danique Jewelry piece a little extra care with our professional jewelry repair and cleaning service. Whether your chain has broken, a clasp needs replacing, a stone has come loose, or your jewelry needs a thorough cleaning and polishing, our studio will carefully inspect and restore your piece whenever possible.

This service is available exclusively for jewelry originally purchased from Danique Jewelry. We cannot repair, clean, resize, plate, or alter jewelry made by another company.

Depending on the design and condition of your jewelry, services may include:

✦ Clasp or jump-ring replacement
✦ Loose or missing stone repair
✦ Reattaching pendants, charms, or components
✦ Sterling silver cleaning and tarnish removal
✦ Polishing and general jewelry refreshing
✦ Replating eligible Danique Jewelry pieces
✦ Other minor repairs approved by our studio

How to Send Your Jewelry

1. Purchase the appropriate cleaning or repair service.
2. Add a quantity of two of our Shipping Label option to your order. One label covers shipping your jewelry to our studio, and the second covers shipment back to you after the service is completed.
3. Once your purchase has been made, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions.
4. Package your jewelry securely and include a note with:
   • Your full name
   • Order number
   • Return address
   • A brief description of the requested repair or cleaning
5. Attach the prepaid label and drop the package off with the carrier shown on the label.

Inspection and Approval

All jewelry will be inspected after it arrives at our studio. If the piece requires additional work or replacement components beyond the service purchased, we will contact you before completing the repair.

Some damage may not be repairable due to the jewelry’s condition, missing components, discontinued materials, or the nature of the original design. We will never complete additional paid work without your approval.

✦ Cleaning and polishing cannot remove deep scratches, dents, or permanent surface damage
✦ Repaired and cleaned jewelry will be securely packaged and returned to the address provided with your order
